المسابقة مرخصة من الغرفة التجارية الصناعية بالرياض بالترخيص رقم: 13619.
الجوائز هي: فيلا سكنية في مدينة الرياض و4 سيارات من نوع BMW موديل 2026.
الاشتراك في المسابقة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط.
يشترط أن يكون المتسابق سعودي الجنسية أو مقيماً في المملكة العربية السعودية بشكل نظامي.
يتوجب على المتسابق التسجيل في رابط المسابقة باسمه الثلاثي المدون في الهوية النظامية، ورقم جواله، ورقم هويته، ويعتبر إتمام التسجيل قبولاً بالشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالمسابقة.
تبدأ المسابقة بتاريخ 29 أغسطس 2026 وتنتهي بتاريخ 27 أكتوبر 2026.
سيتم اختيار الفائزين عن طريق نظام السحوبات الالكترونية باشراف وحضور وزارة التجارة وغرفة الرياض.
سيتم الإعلان عن النتائج النهائية خلال ثلاثين (30) يوماً من تاريخ انتهاء المسابقة.
لا يشترط الشراء أو حضور المتسابق وقت السحب للحصول على الجائزة.
يتم تسليم الجوائز للفائزين خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ إعلان نتائج المسابقة النهائية، وذلك بعد انتهاء المسابقة.
لا يجوز لمن صدر له ترخيص تنظيم المسابقة، وأبنائه، وأزواجه، ووالديه، وموظفيه الاشتراك في المسابقة.
يقر الفائز بموافقته لشركة رسيس على توثيق ونشر صور وفيديوهات الفائز والجائزة، واستخدامها للأغراض الإعلامية والتسويقية المتعلقة بالمسابقة.
لا يحق للفائز استبدال الجائزة نقداً أو مقايضتها بمنتجات أو جوائز أخرى.
في حال تكرار فوز المتسابق، فإنه يستحق أول جائزة حصل عليها في السحب فقط.
يشترط على الفائزين تقديم هوية نظامية سارية المفعول عند استلام الجائزة.
في حال عدم تطابق اسم الفائز المسجل في رابط الاشتراك في المسابقة مع الاسم الموجود في الهوية النظامية المعتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق لشركة رسيس استبعاده وإجراء سحب جديد.
في حال اتضح مخالفة الفائز لأي من الشروط والأحكام أعلاه بعد إعلان فوزه، أو في حال عدم حضوره لاستلام الجائزة خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ إعلان اسمه وإبلاغه، يحق لشركة رسيس اختيار فائز آخر.
في حال استلم الفائز الجائزة واتضح لاحقاً مخالفته للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالمسابقة، يلتزم الفائز برد ما استلمه من الجائزة وفقاً للإجراءات التي تحددها شركة رسيس.
يجب على الفائز استلام الجائزة وفقاً للموعد والمكان المحددين من قبل شركة رسيس.
تحذر شركة رسيس من التعامل مع أي روابط أو حسابات أو جهات غير رسمية تدّعي ارتباطها بالمسابقة، أو من أي استغلال غير قانوني لاسم الشركة أو علامتها التجارية أو تفاصيل المسابقة.
وتؤكد شركة رسيس أن المشاركة في المسابقة تتم فقط من خلال القنوات والروابط الرسمية المعتمدة والمعلنة من قبل الشركة.
وتخلي شركة رسيس مسؤوليتها بشكل كامل عن أي أضرار أو خسائر أو عمليات احتيال ناتجة عن التعامل مع روابط وهمية أو جهات غير معتمدة، أو أي استخدام غير مصرح به لاسم الشركة أو علامتها التجارية أو المسابقة.
This promotional competition is officially licensed by the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry under License No. 13619.
The prizes are: one residential villa located in Riyadh and four BMW vehicles, model year 2026.
Participation in the competition is limited to individuals within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Participants must either be Saudi nationals or legal residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Participants must register using their full three-part name exactly as stated on their valid official identification document, along with their mobile number and national ID or residency ID number. Completion of registration constitutes acceptance of the competition Terms and Conditions.
The competition begins on August 29, 2026, and ends on October 27, 2026.
Winners will be selected randomly from among eligible participants by the designated draw committee, in the presence of a representative of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The final results will be announced within thirty (30) days from the competition end date.
No purchase is required, and participants are not required to be present at the time of the draw in order to be eligible to win.
Prizes will be delivered to the winners within seven (7) days from the date on which the final competition results are announced, following the conclusion of the competition.
The competition organizer/license holder, as well as their children, spouses, parents, and employees, are not permitted to participate in the competition.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Rasees Company to photograph and record videos of the winner and the prize, and to publish and use such materials for media and marketing purposes related to the competition.
The winner may not exchange the prize for cash or substitute it for other products or prizes.
If the same participant wins more than once, the participant will only be entitled to the first prize awarded to them.
Winners must present a valid official identification document upon receiving their prize.
If the winner’s registered name does not match the name stated on their valid official identification document recognized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Rasees Company reserves the right to disqualify the winner and conduct a new draw.
If it is determined that a winner has violated any of these Terms and Conditions after their win has been announced, or if the winner fails to collect the prize within seven (7) days from the date their name is announced and they are notified, Rasees Company reserves the right to select another winner.
If a winner has already received a prize and it is subsequently determined that the winner violated the competition Terms and Conditions, the winner shall be required to return the prize in accordance with the procedures determined by Rasees Company.
The winner must collect the prize at the date, time, and location specified by Rasees Company.
Rasees Company warns against dealing with any unofficial links, accounts, or entities claiming to be associated with the competition, as well as any unauthorized or unlawful use of the company’s name, trademark, or competition details.
Rasees Company confirms that participation in the competition is available only through the official channels and links approved and announced by the company.
Rasees Company assumes no responsibility for any damages, losses, or fraudulent activities resulting from dealing with fake links, unauthorized entities, or any unauthorized use of the company’s name, trademark, or competition.
